The Setting
Parsons had not done much social marketing before getting together with Aqua Blue. In fact they had done none. They were sitting with less than 200 fans and the goal was to grow their fan base and make social marketing a viable option for them and their customers.
The Proposal
After our initial discovery we decided that the best approach for the them was to reach out to their current client base. By sending a custom email, providing store signage emphasisizing Facebook, and through some ads we thought this would ignite their online presence.
The Solutions
Send out customized E-Blast to their current clientel, customize iPads to be provided throughout the store for signups, start weekly competitions and giveaways, and promote their social media throughout all of their ad mediums.
The Results
The results were astronomical. They skyrockets from 200 fans to over 2000 in a matter of months. Now they are able to market to consumers directly in their market and promote new products and events. One night we posted a special and over 212 (10%) of people liked it within 51 minutes. Now that is fast results.
